Hi! I’m Stormy! I joined the Boop Crew in January, and I’m a little over one year old. My siblings and I started off in a small part of the house before we took over the main house! That was when I was given a special project by a special kitty.

I was lying around one afternoon when a mist appeared. It swirled around and around until it formed into the shape of a kitty with bright blue-green eyes. She slightly squinted her eyes and began to speak. “Stormy! I have chosen you for a very important mission. You are to love my meowmy relentlessly.”
Excitedly, I shouted, “Okay! Which one’s your meowmy? One of the gray and white cats?”
She answered, “No, not a cat. The hooman with dark hair.”
“Oh! Do I have to do anything specific?”
“Just love her. Be cute… or as cute as you can be with that coat. She may ignore you or walk away from you, but that’s when you have to be extra persistent! Whatever you do, do not take no for an answer. Turn the no-filters on your ears to super duper high. Can you do that?”
“Yes! I can!”
“Good. I must go now and prepare for others to join me. I’ll be watching and checking in now and then. Remember, tryyyyy to be cute!”
"Mmm... My nose is cute, isn't it?"
"It's... boopable. Be cute!
I nodded as she disappeared and went back to sleep.

Footsteps galloping down the stairs jolted me awake. From the dining room window, I looked across toward the front of the house and saw the hooman. I sat up and exclaimed, “Mrrrrrp!” No response. So, I leaped down and trotted over, all the while saying, “Mrrrp! Mrp! MrrrRrrrrp!” I hit the brakes at her feet, stood on my back paws, and put my front paws on her leg. “Rowr? Rowr?”
She picked me up and cradled me in her arms. “Stormy, what is this?” she asked as I commenced purring, giving kitty kisses, and making air biscuits. Success!, I thought to myself.

That was several months ago, but I greet her the same way every time I get a whiff of her. Some mornings, I jump on her before she wakes up and sprawl all over her. She usually pays attention, but there have been a few times when she has rushed past me. But I do as the princess instructed. I never take no for an answer!

Last week, something happened. I was lying with hooman in the big hooman bed. She stared at me for a while and then asked, “Did Puccini send you?” I nuzzled her and purred as loudly as I could.

Source of relentless love.
